Website Use
By using this site, you agree to these terms. It shows boudoir and fantasy photography, so it’s for adults 18 and older. Everything here belongs to the studio, so please don’t copy it or use it in AI tools without my written okay.
Cookies
Not the chocolate chip kind! Cookies are tiny files that help a website work. Mine keep pages running, show me which pages people visit through Google Analytics, and come from tools I use like HoneyBook and Mailchimp. By using this site, you’re okay with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings any time, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s free browser add-on.
Your Info
What you share in forms and emails helps me reply to you, plan your session, and send emails if you opted in. I never sell it.
Using This Website

Session Fee
Your session fee is due in full when you sign your agreement, and your spot isn’t saved until I receive it. It’s a non-refundable creative fee that’s earned when I receive it, because it reserves my time, the studio, and my glam team. It covers your session, hair and makeup, and studio use. Photos and products are separate, starting at $500, and payment plans are available.
Rescheduling, Cancelling, and Running Late
Life happens! Reschedule once with no fee if you tell me more than 3 weeks ahead. Closer than that, it’s $300, because my glam team and the studio are already booked for you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, there’s a $300 fee, or your session may be canceled. Running behind? Text me and we’ll work it out. If you cancel or don’t show, your payments are forfeited.
Refunds
Every session is custom, so all sales are final. That’s why you see your photos on the back of the camera all day.
Booking Your Session

Age and Guests
You must be 18 or older to book, and 21 or older for bondage and BDSM themes. Guests need my okay before session day. No one under 18 is allowed in the studio.
Comfort and Drinks
You’re in charge of your boundaries, and I’ll follow your lead. No explicit sexual acts and no male nudity. If you’re 21 or older, I may offer up to two drinks. Please don’t arrive under the influence.
Bondage and BDSM Themes
Want these themes? I’m happy to talk it through. Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) has record-keeping rules that may apply, so for these sessions I check your government-issued photo ID. I keep those records in a separate, secure file, away from your gallery, for as long as the law requires. That can be longer than my usual file timeline. They stay private, and your images do too unless you say yes in writing.

Reveal and Retouching
I offer same-day reveals whenever possible,. If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll schedule yours within 14 days of your session. Full retouching happens after you choose your images. It’s done in my style, softened with love, and you still look like you.
Delivery
Digital images arrive within 31 days after full payment. Please download and back them up right away, because I keep files for 30 days after delivery.
Copyright and Privacy
I keep the copyright, and you get a license to use your purchased images for personal and commercial use. No editing, filters, or AI tools, and no passing them to third parties. All images are private by default, and I never share a photo without your written okay. You choose whether it’s shared with your name, anonymously, or under an alias, and you can take back your yes for future use any time.
The Fine Print
Risk, liability, and how we’d handle a disagreement are all in your agreement. Washington State law applies.
2257 Compliance Statement
All persons depicted in any visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct on this website, or in materials produced by Nerissa Noel Fantasy Boudoir, were at least 18 years of age when the images were created. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the custodian of records:
